Piya (Glof) Dankum

Piya began his career as a restaurant manager in a modern Thai restaurant in Long Beach, California. In 2012, he founded Salad Factory in Nonthaburi, Thailand. From a single outlet, the brand grew to six branches by 2019 and, following a joint venture with Central Restaurant Group in 2020, now operates 34 locations with plans for further expansion. As founder, he oversees corporate strategy, operations, and menu development, ensuring every dish—over 200 healthy options—is crafted from carefully selected, trusted ingredients.
