Natsasi Nu-In, widely known as Chef Natt, brings over 15 years of expertise in the red meat industry. Holding a Ph.D. in OD and HCM, she has been the Chef-Proprietor of Lady Butcher since 2016. Specialising in butchering premium cuts of beef, lamb, and pork, Chef Natt has collaborated with Michelin-starred and Master Chefs both locally and internationally. Her passion lies in showcasing the unique flavours and textures of each cut, creating dishes that elevate the art of butchery and dining.
