Lambassador’s Special Recipe
Today’s Lambassador is Koji Fukuda, the Executive Chef at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi (@pullmantokyotamachi).
He’s introducing his "Korean-Style Lamb Yakiniku." This recipe features a sweet and salty flavor profile that is absolutely addictive.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
Lamb meat (thinly sliced for shabu-shabu): 300g
Sesame oil: 10g
*Sake, Mirin, Soy sauce, Sugar: 1 tbsp each
*Grated garlic: 1 clove
Malony noodles (boiled for 3 mins): 100g
Onion (sliced): 1 medium
Green bell peppers (sliced): 3 pieces
White sesame seeds: A pinch
Cooking Method
Mix all the * ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
Sauté the onions in sesame oil. Once softened, add the green peppers and lamb. Sauté until the lamb is cooked through, then add the * sauce and the pre-boiled Malony noodles. Give it a light toss to combine.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds to finish.
Tip: If you like it spicy, we highly recommend adding 1 tbsp of Gochujang to the * sauce.
