Phan Lê Anh Tú is the co-founder and Chef Patron of Ngoặm Bistro in Hanoi. His culinary journey began at Restaurant Kontrast in Oslo, Norway, before returning home to pursue his mission of reshaping perceptions of chefs in Vietnam.
After grinding more than 10 tonnes of Wagyu, Tú now embarks on a new adventure with Tacoox, a vibrant concept inspired by Spanish street food. Passionate about mentoring and inspiring Vietnam’s next generation of chefs, he strives to create a dynamic and innovative food scene.
