Victor Siow founded Las Carretas Mexican Restaurant & Bar in Taipan, Subang in 1996, expanding to Ampang five years later and Damansara Heights in 2006. A passionate advocate for innovative red‑meat dishes, he is known for mastering consistently tender, flavourful steaks and for introducing new beef and lamb cuts to keep his menu fresh.
Victor began his culinary journey with a Food & Beverage Diploma from the International College of Hotel Management in 1984, training in renowned European kitchens. He later earned a Hotel & Restaurant degree in the USA before building his career across Marriott, Gauchos, Crown Princess Hotel and The Legend Hotel.
