With experience at Fusion Resort and Radisson Blu, Aeron focuses on Mediterranean flavours and leads The Western Cuisine Club. His achievements include gold at VEDAN (2013), silver at Food and Hotel Asia (2022), and coaching Vietnam’s Culinary Team at Battle Of The Chef (2024).
