Namno Yoon is a well-known star chef who placed 4th out of 100 chefs in the Netflix Korea cooking competition show <Culinary Class Wars>. He participated in a Pencil Box competition twice when MLA Korea operated the program for young students’ level in the market. His career includes Bennelong, Sydney Opera House Restaurant, and 5-star hotels in Korea, crossing various cuisine genres such as Japanese, French, and Modern Italian. His signature menu is a Rump Steak using Aussie beef, which is not well known in Korea. He is working to create innovative recipes other than the beef recipes that are commonly used in restaurants in Korea.
