After graduating from junior college, Atsuko Kohri built her career in restaurants and medical institutions before joining Smiles, the operator of Soup Stock Tokyo, in 2004. In June 2017, she became an independent food planner, specialising in menu development, gourmet tours, and production area experiences. Guided by her motto—“turn love into work and work as if playing”—Atsuko brings creativity and passion to every project, blending culinary expertise with a sense of joy and discovery. Her work reflects a commitment to creating memorable food experiences that connect people with flavours and culture.
