As Corporate Director of Culinary & Beverage for First Hospitality, Tiffany leads the growth of the company’s restaurant and beverage portfolio while elevating operational excellence across all luxury and lifestyle brands. With 34 years of global experience, she has designed and opened dozens of hotels, restaurants, and cruise ships, and previously ran her own consulting firm serving clients across the U.S., Caribbean, Mexico, and Asia. An Advanced Sommelier and Escoffier Society member, Tiffany’s accolades include a Silver Medal at the 1993 Culinary Olympics, cooking at the James Beard House, and winning the Culinary Classic World Cup.
