Sho Tanaka is a respected outdoor cooking and BBQ expert who learned his craft from his father, renowned outdoor professional Ken Tanaka. Together, Sho and Ken operate two dedicated BBQ venues and have played a key role in developing more than 10 BBQ facilities across Japan in partnership with local governments. A familiar face on Japanese outdoor television programmes, Sho regularly shares his passion for outdoor cooking with audiences nationwide. He also hosts 10–15 BBQ events each year across Japan, where he demonstrates BBQ techniques and educates chefs, butchers, and food enthusiasts on preparing and enjoying premium Australian beef in outdoor settings. Through his hands-on approach and engaging teaching style, Sho continues to inspire a growing community of BBQ enthusiasts and outdoor cooks.
