Throughout his career, Chef Roy has helped create and lead a number of pioneering dining concepts, including Mark’s at CityPlace and Nitrogen in Palm Beach County, as well as Shibuya at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. His innovative approach and passion for culinary excellence have earned him recognition across the hospitality industry. Today, Chef Roy leads Asiatic Culinary Services, providing a comprehensive range of gastronomic solutions, including research and development, culinary consulting, product endorsements, and brand ambassadorships.
