With a foundation in retail, he moved into the importing sector, supporting the setup of a new workshop and driving product development initiatives. He later took on the role of General Manager at another importer, where he led full operations and business development across key markets. Now part of Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA), Oscar works within the Greater China team, focusing on the Southern China and Hong Kong markets, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to support trade and market development.
