Oscar began his career in 2011 as an apprentice butcher in Hong Kong, training under the Head Butcher of a local shop specializing in premium Australian meat, seafood, and poultry. With a foundation in retail, he moved into the importing sector, supporting the setup of a new workshop and driving product development initiatives. He later took on the role of General Manager at another importer, where he led full operations and business development across key markets. Now part of Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA), Oscar works within the Greater China team, focusing on the Southern China and Hong Kong markets, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to support trade and market development. Qualification: Advance diploma in Food Business Management (2018) Experience: Retail Butcher from 2011 (6+ years), Food processing R&D from 2017 (3+ years), Procurement and operation management from 2019 (5+ years)
