Laura trained at cooking schools in Mexico City, The Culinary Institute of America, and the Basque Culinary Center. She honed her craft at renowned restaurants including Café Boulud, Mugaritz, Eleven Madison Park, Del Posto, and Saison, while also running a pop-up at Istanbul Modern. In 2019, Laura and her husband Sayat opened Noosh, followed by consulting for restaurants and teaching at The CIA in 2020. She is now focused on her latest venture, Dalida, a new dining concept in San Francisco’s Presidio, blending her global culinary experience with innovative flavours.
