Khairul Ashikhin Bt Abdullah Suhami is currently the Senior Lecturer in Chenderoh Community College, Perak, Malaysia since 2008. Not only Ashikhin is a Master Trainer of assessment in the Polytechnic and Community Colleges, she is also a Curriculum expert for Diploma and Certificate in Culinary Arts, Community College Malaysia. Ashikhin is also the Facilitator Head of the Diploma Certification for Culinary Arts, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia. She achieved her Masters in Gastronomy in 2010 from Technology Mara University (Uitm), Shah Alam, BSC (Hons) in Food Science, Technology MARA (Uitm) Shah Alam in 2004, Malaysia, Food Science Diploma from Teachers’ Technical Institution College, Cheras in 2008 and a Diploma in Chef Training in 2001 from Uitm, Shah Alam. She is an outstanding Competition Chef with her achievements in Culinary Competitions. Numerous victories in cooking competitions have been achieved in Malaysia and overseas since 2007 until now.
