Chef Jacqueline is Director of F&B Operations for Greater China & Mongolia at Hilton Worldwide, bringing over 35 years of culinary and R&D experience across five-star hotels, top restaurants, and e-commerce. Before joining Hilton, she served as Executive Chef at Andaz Xintiandi Shanghai and R&D Director at Alibaba. Beyond her role, Jacqueline is Vice-Chairman of Western Cuisine for the China Hospitality Association and a respected judge and mentor for global competitions, including San Pellegrino Young Chef, Bocuse d’Or Asia-Pacific, and FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition.
