An EMBA graduate and visiting professor, he has led the Chinese National Culinary Team to international success and serves as an international judge for World Chefs. Clinton established the ZHU YIFAN National Master Skill Center to promote culinary innovation and believes mastering fundamentals is key to advancing the industry.
