Ika Rizqi Pradana, known as Rizqi, was born in Madiun in 1973 and has built a 30-year career in the culinary industry. Inspired by his mother’s Dutch-influenced cooking, he studied hospitality and earned a culinary diploma from InterContinental Hotel School Jakarta in 1993. Rizqi trained across Singapore, Paris, Sydney, and Bali before joining prestigious hotels such as Hilton and Shangri-La. His journey later took him to Australia, where he pursued his dream and now serves as Corporate Chef at Artisan Kuliner Group. Passionate about discipline and consistency, Rizqi has represented Indonesian cuisine globally and continues to innovate in the kitchen. Starting in Jan 2026, Chef Rizqi has moved to another chain group restaurant Toby's Estate and Hurricane.
