Chef Bob, President of the Professional Culinaire Association (Malaysia), began his culinary journey at 18 at Petaling Jaya Hilton, sparking a lifelong passion for cooking. He gained international experience on Royal Viking and Sea Bourn cruise ships and at resorts in Abu Dhabi and Sudan before returning to Malaysia in 2003. Chef Bob worked at top hotels including The Westin and Mandarin Oriental, later becoming Executive Chef at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur. He then served as Corporate Executive Chef for MAS Awana before transitioning to consultancy and hosting his TV show Masak Apa Chef on BERNAMA TV. A certified Worldchefs judge, Chef Bob continues to inspire the culinary world.
