Chef Audee, President of the Penang Chefs Association, is an internationally acclaimed chef with over 30 years of experience in leading hotels and restaurants. Combining strong Western techniques with Asian heritage, he specialises in European, Chinese, Malay, Nyonya, Thai and other Asian cuisines. His career is marked by numerous accolades, including Chef of the Year (2004, 2015) and team victories at global culinary challenges. Honoured with state awards such as Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji and Pingat Jasa Kebaktian, Chef Audee also serves as a certified Worldchefs judge and hospitality advisor. He recently launched Chef Audee Private Kitchen in Penang.
