Chef Bayma’s passion for cooking was inspired by her Sicilian and Brazilian grandmothers and has shaped her professional journey. Fascinated by flavour combinations and innovative techniques, she creates dishes tailored to diverse palates and dietary needs.
She has worked with high-net-worth individuals, royal families in KSA and UAE, football and reality TV stars, and global brands such as Mastercard and General Mills. Chef Bayma has delivered F&B and event concepts across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, and the United States. She is board-certified by London City & Guilds and an active member of the Emirates Culinary Guild and Dubai Chef Collective.
