Lân has over 10 years of experience in the F&B industry. He is the co-founder of Topping Beef Steakhouse and The Gangs Beer Garden—two popular brands in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2023, he launched SOTZ, specializing in clean, preservative-free sauces, starting with its first product: Habanero Hot Sauce. By 2024, he introduced Tastemaker Hub, an innovative platform designed to support and connect the vibrant F&B community.
