Driven by passion and dedication, and guided by the enduring belief in the fundamental taste of his mother's cooking, Tomoyuki Kezuka does not only work in hotels but also serves as a luxury dining chef (private chef), providing high-end French cuisine in clients' homes. He actively engages in food education seminars and lectures for the next generation of children. Tomoyuki also dedicates himself to nurturing young chefs, currently serving as a domestic examiner for the Cabinet Office-recognised Public Interest Incorporated Association, All Japan Chefs Association. In 2012, he was appointed Tochigi Prefecture Future Ambassador as a goodwill ambassador for the prefecture's cuisine. Furthermore, in 2014, he became the first Western cuisine chef in Saitama Prefecture to receive the “Saitama Master Craftsman” award, a distinction for outstanding skilled workers in the “Saitama Prefecture Excellent Craftsman” programme. His motto is: ‘Food is joyful at its core, seasoned with the finest spice of all: heartfelt intention.’
