Tharit Tangsongsirisak, known as Chef Yakup, is the owner of Fat Lamb, a halal restaurant in Bangkok. Trained at Kendall College and experienced in Michelin-star restaurants, he won Iron Chef Thailand in 2019 and has cooked for royal families and dignitaries. Yakup’s cuisine draws on Mongolian and Thai heritage, with a passion for lamb and international collaborations.
