Chef Reina began her career as a Kunqu Opera actress before discovering her passion for cooking and culinary research. Her journey started at Mugaritz in Spain, ranked among the world’s best restaurants, and continued at Ultraviolet in Shanghai, a three-Michelin-star establishment led by Paul Pairet. She later became Executive Chef at High by Light & Salt. Blending modern techniques with Chinese flavours, Chef Reina infuses artistry and feminine subtlety into her cuisine, creating a distinctive style that reflects her unique perspective.
