Chef Oliver Yan is a leading young chef in China, recognised as a National Technical Expert. He holds senior certifications in Chinese and Western cuisine and has won gold at the IKA Culinary Olympics and FHC China International Culinary Challenge. In 2025, he judged the MLA Young Chef Competition.
