Motohiro Miki, from Osaka, transitioned from apparel sales to the food industry, opening an okonomiyaki restaurant in Tokyo in 2010. He expanded his culinary repertoire with a ramen shop, wine bar, and training at a Michelin-starred French restaurant. In 2022, Motohiro launched Beer and Spice Kikuya, offering Asian-inspired dishes and craft beers. He also develops seasonings and consults on corporate menus, blending creativity and expertise to deliver innovative dining experiences.
