Minhu Kim trained at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney and worked in top Australian kitchens such as Bare Witness Restaurant (2017–2018) and Palace Hotel Bistro (2018–2019). He now runs Up to Me and OZ Seoul, offering Aussie-style comfort food and brunch, infusing Australian identity into Korean dining. He incorporates ingredients he used in Australia into his restaurant menu and offers Australian Wagyu steaks.
