After graduating from a college in the United States with a degree in agricultural science, he went on to build his career in the restaurant industry, developing extensive knowledge of beef and a strong appreciation for quality ingredients. Chef Key Park began his restaurant career by operating a Yakiniku franchise, where his restaurant achieved the highest sales among all locations in the franchise network. Building on this success, he later established his own independent Yakiniku restaurant, allowing him to fully express his culinary philosophy and uncompromising approach to quality. At his restaurant, Chef Key Park exclusively uses high-grade Australian Wagyu, primarily MB8–9, carefully selecting premium cuts to deliver consistently high-quality dining experiences. His deep understanding of beef, attention to quality, and long-term commitment to Australian Wagyu have become defining elements of his restaurant.
