Chef Elvin Chew, founder of KIAM.SNG.DI by 3S Food Group, brings over two decades of F&B operational expertise and global connections to help businesses thrive. He began his culinary career at Shangri-La Singapore’s Blu Restaurant and The Line, later serving as Executive Chef at 30 Bencoolen and Group Executive Chef for Au Chocolat and Tony’s Pizza. Elvin has held leadership roles at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy and Singapore Expo, and actively mentors young chefs through the Singapore Chefs Association and WorldChefs. A decorated chef and certified judge, he has led teams to international victories and champions culinary education and social impact.
