Chef Adrian Chong Ker Lun began his culinary career at Legend Hotel Kuala Lumpur in 2001 at just 18. Over the years, he honed his craft in prestigious hotels including Genting Resorts World, Sutera Harbour Resort, and Narada Hotel Kinabalu before joining Hyatt Regency Kinabalu as Head Chef in 2018. Renowned for his creativity and high standards, Adrian has catered events from intimate fine dining to banquets for 45,000 guests, including royal dinners. His accolades include Best Employee of the Year (Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, 2019) and multiple culinary awards, reflecting his passion and expertise.
