After graduating from culinary school, Hiroki began his career at a wedding company in Tokyo, gaining diverse experience across wedding, banquet, and restaurant operations. In 2020, he advanced to Sous Chef at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, where he continues to refine his craft. As a partner chef with MLA, he showcases Australian Beef and Lamb at major tradeshows, sharing his expertise with industry professionals. Known by his nickname “HULK”, he brings strength, creativity, and passion to every culinary endeavour.
