Originally from Indonesia, Chef Edi Pancamala began his culinary journey at the Wisakti International Tourism Institute in Jakarta before joining Gordon Ramsay’s Verre at Hilton Dubai Creek in 2001. He later became Sous Chef at Hunters Room & Grill, The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi, and continued his career at Four Seasons Hotel Beirut. From 2015 to 2018, Edi served as Executive Chef at Fairmont Jakarta and now leads as Cluster Executive Chef at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK. His expertise spans kitchen setups, masterclasses, live TV cooking, and innovative menu creation.
