Shankar Noguchi is CEO of Indian-American Trading Company, importing Indian food products and developing original goods. Born in Tokyo, he studied in the US and is the author of several recipe books, including “Welcome to the World of Spices.” His works have been published in Korean and Chinese editions, expanding his influence across Asia.
