Osaka-born Hiroki Takahashi opened his first Italian restaurant at 23, later launching unique lamb-focused concepts like Lamb’s Love Song and Black Sheep. His “Tachinomi” standing-drinking style with lamb skewers is now popular in Osaka. Hiroki’s innovative approach led his restaurant to be the first lamb skewer caterer at Fuji Rock 2024.
